Tae Kwon Do is a Korean unarmed Martial Art. It is not only kicking and punching, but a way of thinking and living. The main goal of Tae Kwon Do is to achieve total mind and body control through training.

Sunkido Martial Arts teaches Tae Kwon Do in accordance with the World Tae Kwon Do federation guidelines. It is a total Martial Art for Men Women and Children ages 3 and up.

Sunkido literally means "Ultimate Way of Energy".
