SunKiDo is a closely knit group which is united, physically strong, morally straight, dedicated, confident, and positive.

This Association was established for people to recognize the quality of martial arts training and instruction, offered under the guidance of Master Laurence R. Platoni.

Its purpose is to bring a positive image to Tae Kwon Do and its practitioners now and in the future.

With a strong foundation and devotion to the art, SunKiDo delivers the best in martial arts education.

Sunkido Martial Arts teaches Tae Kwon Do in accordance with the World Tae Kwon Do federation guidelines. It is a total Martial Art for Men Women and Children ages 3 and up. Sunkido literally means "Ultimate Way of Energy".

Training consist of Stretching, Calistenics, Meditation, Blocks, Punches, Kicks, Forms, Target Strikes, Board Breaking, Olympic Sparring, One Step Sparring, Self Defense, and Weapons training.

Classes are one hour long and are available six days per week throughout the year. It is not based not only on the physical aspect, but stresses good moral conduct, and self improvement. Students learn to have Courtesy, Integrity, Self Control, Perseverence, and an Indomitable Spirit.
