The Camp Day

9:00am to 2:00pm
Program will be divided by age group

Children Ages 5-12:
Non-Contact Program will include Basic Stances, Kicks, Punches, Blocks, Forms, Self defense techniques, Relay Race, Water Balloon Games, Kickball, Arts & Crafts, Prizes, Competition Awards, Friday Group Barbeque Lunch

Addition Safety Course Programs Will Include:
*Escape School-Child Abduction Awareness & Prevention
*Adams Law, Amber Alert, Megan's Law
*Yell, Run, and Tell Safety Program
*911 Safety, Stop Drop & Roll Fire Safety

Teenagers & Adult Ages 13 & Up
Will Participate in all non-contact programs and in addition will be introduced to Olympic Style Sparring, Board Breaking, Tournament Competition, Self Defense, Empty Hand Weapon Defense, Wilderness Survival Basics, Archery All Water Games, Races, Softball, Kickball, Friday Group Barbeque Lunch Benefits: Campers learn respect, discipline, and sportsmanship- They build self confidence, increased physical fitness and tons of FUN!!!

A Free T-shirt is included for all registered campers Please Bring 2 bottles of water, towel, and a bag lunch to camp with you everyday.
